Q. What do I do if the vending machine takes my money?
The Library and Goldsmiths University does not operate the vending machines on campus. If a food/drink vending machine in the Library takes your money without giving you your items, please contact the company that owns the vending machine. On each vending machine, there is a contact number and a machine ID number. You will need these when you contact the company concerned. The company will arrange to refund you. We apologize that the Library cannot refund any money lost in the vending machines.
