Q. Why is there a queue for the e-book I want to use?
A small number of the library's e-books have restrictions which mean they can only be accessed by a fixed number of users at the same time.
In this case, you may see an "Add to Queue" button in the bottom left corner of the screen. Click this and follow the instructions to place a reservation on the e-book. You will get an email when it is available for you to use.
