Q. What do I do when an item I've returned is still on my Library account?

A.      Report to the Library's Help Desk. We will check the Library for the book, and if we find it will return it from your record.

Even if you're sure the item has been returned, please double-check that it isn't at home.

If the item cannot be found, you may be asked to cover the replacement cost of the item.
