Q. How will I know when my reservation is available?

We will send an email to your registered email address (usually your Goldsmiths address) when the reserved item is returned and is ready for collection. Any reserved items can be collected from the white shelves to the left of the Help Desk on the ground floor. They will remain on the shelves for seven days and will already be loaned out to you when you collect them.
