Q. How do I access British Library inter-library loan PDFs?
Once you have submitted your inter-library loan request, we will send you an email containing a link to download the PDF file. To download the PDF file, you will need a username & password (for which you need to register with the British Library On Demand service).
The download link will remain live for 30 days, after which it will expire. You will need to save the document to your device, after which you can access it for 3 years. You may only print your document once.
Nb. You will need to have Adobe Reader 10 (or above) installed on your device.
