Q. What do I do when an item I've returned is still on my Library account?
Contact the Library and we will check for the book - if found, we will return it from your record. If we cannot find the item on our first search, we will continue searching over the next month, during which period the book will stay on your record but you will not accrue any fines. If we cannot find the item after multiple searches, you may be asked to cover the replacement cost of the item.
