Q. What do I do when an item I've returned is still on my Library account?

We will check the Library shelves for the item.
If it is found, we will return the item from your account. If you have been billed for a replacement, this will be automatically cancelled.
If we are unable to find it on an initial search, we will continue to look for it over a course of 3 weeks. If it is found, we will return the item from your account. If you have been billed for a replacement, this will be automatically cancelled.
If we unable to find it after multiple searches, you may be asked to pay a replacement charge.
