Q. Is it possible to renew a DVD or VHS?
Audio-visual items from the open shelves, including DVDs, VHS and CDs will be automatically renewed by the Library system.
Items will continue to renew unless another user requests them or your account expires. If another user requests an item on loan to you, you will receive an email requesting return.
Audio-visual items borrowed directly from the Help Desk can only be renewed by Library staff. To renew these or if you have any issues with automatic renewals please contact us via the Live Chat or email the Library (library@gold.ac.uk)
