Q. How will you inform me when my Inter Library Loan (ILL) arrives?
When an inter-library loan is ready for you to collect an email will be sent to your college email address.
For print books, you will need to collect the inter-library loan from the Library Help Desk.
Journal articles and book chapters will be supplied as digital files (PDFs) and emailed directly to you.
If you have selected SED or Secure Electronic Delivery - such as for items from the British Library - then you will receive an email link to download your inter-library loan.
