Q. How will you inform me when my Inter Library Loan (ILL) arrives?
When an inter-library loan is ready for you to collect an email will be sent to your college email address.
You will need to collect the inter-library loan from the Library Help Desk.
If you have selected SED or Secure Electronic Delivery then you will receive an email link to download your inter-library loan. See our FAQ guide on SED for more information about correctly downloading and printing an SED inter-library loan.
