Q. How do I reserve an item?
Find the item you want on Library Search. If it says that all copies (except reference copies) are out on loan, you can request the book. Click on the title to go into the record:
Then click on the location where it should say out of library.
A new page will open that looks like this:
You should see two options to place a hold. One says ‘Place Hold’ - use this option if you are a current Goldsmiths student or staff member. If you are an external user, such as an Alumni or SCONUL user, please use the button that says ‘External Borrower: Place Hold’. Once you click on the correct button you will be prompted to login to your account and place the hold.
