Q. I am temporarily withdrawing from my studies. Can I continue to use the library?
You will firstly need to apply for an interruption of study to receive approval for your temporary withdrawal. Once this has been processed, your Library account and student card should be automatically extended until the new completion date for your studies. This is the same if you are deferring your assessment. You do not need to notify us of this change, as the extension is applied to your account by the Student Hub once your interruption of study has been approved.
You should not be charged for continued access to the Library because of your deferred or temporarily withdrawn status.
If there is an issue with your Library account and it has not been updated, please contact the Student Hub to ensure the details on your student record have been changed.
